Happy Stampaversery to me!

Today is the one year anniversary of the first cards I ever made. This is also one year of picking up my first stamp set. I never thought this would bring so much joy to me as it does and NEVER thought that I would continue doing this as much as I do!

Riley Gate Fold

Hope everyone is haveing a wonderful beginning to their July! Can you believe how fast this is going by. pretty soon it is off to Disneyland for me and a whole week of playing with Mickey and Minnie. Of course that is 3 months away but if you could not tell I am SUPER excited. The card I have for you today is a gate fold card using my scor-pal. It is a gift card holder for my brothers 17th birthday. I think it is safe to say he wont be getting a sneak peak by looking on here. this isn't a site about PS2 or the Wii :) I used prisma color pencils and OMS to color in the image. I also used the rectangle nestabilities to cute and emboss the riley image.

Stamps: Hanna Stamps Coffee Riley

Cardstock: Stampin’ Up Brilliant Blue, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White

Ink: Stampin’ Up Brilliant Blue Staze on Black

Other: Cuttlebug Circle EB folder, rectangle nestabilities by Spellbinders, Prisma color and gamsol, velcro dot

I am the newest Paper Pretties Cutie Pie

I can not believe I won. I am still in shock as I sit here and type this. This is my first honor for anything related to card making and to me this is such a big deal because I truly love these stamps. Please visit Paper Pretties to see my "name in lights". Also, that is where you can buy these adorable stamps. I know most of you regular blog stalkers have seen this card already but here is my wining card. My boyfriend looked at me weird when I said I was going to have it framed. I know you ladies understand. Especially with how much heart and soul we put into this craft. I hope you enjoy the card!
